IHPS Homestays Housing Services
1. One time Non-Refundable Application Fee
· $325 College, ESL Students and Visitors
· $475 Interns and High School Students
· $100 Refundable housing deposit required for all applicants
2. Housing Option #1
Homestay in a private, furnished room with two meals per day (breakfast and dinner). Internet service is included. See weekly payment schedule for your area above
3. Housing Option #2
Home Share in a private, furnished room without meals. Students have full kitchen privileges. Internet service is included.

4. Airport Pick-Up
Can be arranged for an additional charge of $100
Other Information
· Our hosts and families are located throughout US and consist of either a one or two member head of household with or without children.
· Most students are placed within 5-7 miles of their school or internship and within walking distance of public transportation. Please expect at least a 30-45 minute commute by public transportation
· IHPS will take into account any special requests a student, Intern or visitor has about their housing placement
· Application and deposit are required to begin the housing process
